I have worked in retail for a long time.
I have my own business, I work as a part-time sales rep for a business in WI, and I also work part-time at an office. I drive quite a bit for business and I usually am gone for anwhere from three days to a month at a time.
People fascinate me. Why do they do the things they do? I love trying to figure out the near-inexplicable.
I want to be a writer. One day it may actually happen.

I have written a set of Mummy short ficlets and one ten-chapter Mummy story featuring Ardeth Bay.
I also am working on a long Harry Potter fanfic called "the Last Sanguimagus". It is set in Harry's sixth year. It is a SS/OC fic. I know, I know, they're usually not interesting. I have worked hard to create a believable character named Sarah Tanner who comes to Hogwarts to teach a new subject. (NOT DADA. I promise.) It is 120,000+ words at this point. I am updating fairly regularly, I have a long outline that helps keep me sane. Give it a try if you are into Severus. I promise that it is not a CheeryGorgeousFluffyDADATeacherTurnsSnapeIntoADotingSockPuppet!plot. It is somewhat unique. (Sorry for the shameless plugging, but it's my info page after all...)
